MINDFUL EXERCISE FOR MENTAL CLARITY

Here’s a simple mindful exercise to help promote mental clarity:

5-Minute Mindful Breathing Exercise

Purpose: Clear mental clutter, improve focus, and calm the mind.

Instructions:

  1. Find a quiet space. Sit comfortably with your back straight but relaxed.
  2. Close your eyes gently.
  3. Focus on your breath.

Inhale slowly through your nose (count to 4).

Hold for a moment (count to 2).

Exhale gently through your mouth (count to 6).

  1. Notice your thoughts.

As thoughts arise, don’t judge or follow them.

Gently bring your focus back to the breath each time.

  1. Repeat for 5 minutes.

Use a timer if needed, or count 10 slow breaths at a time.You can do this anytime during the day when your mind feels foggy. Let me know if you’d like a variation involving movement, journaling, or nature.
